Today we dispatched another rescue unit (me and my ladder) to get Alvin off the neighbor's roof. This makes his sixth rooftop emergency call in the last three months.
It's sorta the inverse of "I've fallen and I can't get up." He gets up there and then remembers he doesn't know how to get down. Once he spent an entire night up there. Fortunately the neighbors don't mind. They like Alvin, who is always in their yard anyway, like a fuzzy garden gnome.
