Months ago I bought a semi-carload of vintage magazines at an estate sale, and am still drooling over the covers. Tabby cat Gidget, above, mimicks Garbo's blissful eyes-shut pose on the 1951 McCall's cover. (The dates in large type are my additions.)
I design and make retro modern cat beds. My lifelong collection of remarkable vintage fabrics is matched only by a lifelong devotion to my collection of remarkably rescued and formerly feral cats.
(Like Kittysville is really a reference to our home.)
The junior cat lady in the photo is me with the original Wampus.
